My client is looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to join their team and help drive client relationships, growth, and success in the molecular diagnostics space.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with key accounts in the healthcare and laboratory sectors. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the company's diagnostic solutions and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the molecular diagnostics sector.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure clients receive exceptional service.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical support and addressing inquiries.
Regularly meet with clients to discuss their needs, provide product updates, and explore opportunities for growth.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to deliver valuable insights to clients.
Monitor account performance and report on sales targets, progress, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
In-depth knowledge of molecular diagnostics and laboratory technologies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Fluent in German and English
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
