Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively liaise with clients to manage and exceed expectations, ensure timely delivery of deliverables, and foster overall satisfaction.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships across various functional groups, including project management, creative teams, and medical writers, to promote seamless project execution.
  • Efficiently navigate and manage complex projects from their initial conception through to completion, ensuring all aspects are delivered to the highest quality standards and remain within set budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain and expand your comprehensive knowledge of various therapeutic areas that are pertinent to ongoing and upcoming projects, thereby enhancing the quality and relevance of communications.

Skill Requirements:

Promotional Medical Education Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of three years' experience in developing and managing educational content specifically designed for healthcare professionals. This includes tailoring information that is both accessible and engaging to the target audience.
Client-Facing Skills: We are looking for someone with a proven track record of handling direct client interactions with the utmost professionalism. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to maintain and grow successful business relationships, ensuring client trust and continued partnership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: The role requires the ability to coordinate effectively between diverse groups, such as creative staff, medical writing personnel, and project managers. This entails fostering collaboration and communication to ensure project alignment and success.
Therapeutic Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of a broad spectrum of health conditions and treatments is essential. This knowledge will enable effective communication within the field, ensuring that all project deliverables are relevant and scientifically accurate.
Budgetary Planning & Financial Management: Demonstrated ability to plan and manage resources efficiently is crucial. The ideal candidate will have experience in meeting both organizational goals and client expectations through strategic financial planning and resource allocation.
