Salary: $225,000 - $265,000 + bonus
A rapidly growing biotechnology research company is looking to hire a Director of Commercial Operations. This hire is a direct result of the company`s funding and expansion plans. This person will report directly to the VP of Commercial Operations and work closely with the head of strategy and business operations to assist with the creation and execution of company goals and market strategies.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial operations team.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the commercial teams.
* Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
* Use data-driven insights to adjust commercial strategies and tactics.
* Provide regular reports to senior management on performance, key metrics, and strategy execution.
* Develop performance metrics to measure the success of commercial strategies.
Requirements:
* 8 - 12 years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Detail oriented individual with strong negotiating skills.
* Positive, energetic attitude and initiative with strong work ethic. Proactive and self-motivated to find and take on new projects that support team goals.
* Proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects, often with a background in senior management or commercial strategy.
* Experience with pharmaceutical sales strategies, pricing, distribution, and market access, including the development and implementation of commercial plans.
* Ability to oversee complex projects, ensuring they stay on track in terms of scope, budget, and timeline.
* Master`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
* Knowledge of pricing strategies, reimbursement processes, and market access within the pharmaceutical industry.
