Role: GI Sales Specialist
Territory: Detroit, MI
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed sales goals for the territory
- Develop and implement robust territory business plans focused on performance
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in all assigned accounts
- Showcase highly effective territory management and superior selling competencies
- Foster team effectiveness and the accomplishment of shared goals by sharing knowledge, experience, and information
- Manage territory resources and budget effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Experience in GI and/or Liver, Rare Disease strongly preffered
- Launch experience preffered
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong business analytics skills to understand and analyze business and market drivers, and develop, execute, and adjust territory business plans
- Skills in building and maintaining professional relationships with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness and ability to travel
