Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Remote, Field-Based)
A reputable, medium-sized Pharma company is seeking a National Account Director, Wholesaler for the expansion of their Market Access team. The individual in this role will be driving the growth of biosciences products within the national wholesaler channel, focusing on building strong relationships with key decision-makers. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to align business objectives, strengthen partnerships, and enhance market penetration, ensuring sustained growth and market leadership.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree - Required
- Master Degree (MBA) - Preferred
- 10+ years in Pharma / Biotech Managed Markets & Trade leadership experience to include successful new product launch
- 5+ years in managing McKesson, or Cencora, or Cardinal, Full Line & Specialty distribution agreemnts and account management
- Prior launch experience of branded / biosimilar products
- Experience in Oncology - Preferrred
*This role will require 25-50% travel, meeting with National & Regional customers, and attending conferences*
