Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Manager to join the team in Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality in pharmaceutical products and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of quality professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Ensure all products meet the required quality standards before release.
- Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control teams.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Valid pharmacist license in Japan.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements in Japan.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
