Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to lead our personal care business in Japan. You will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring our products meet the unique needs of the market. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the personal care sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales within the specialty chemicals or personal care industry.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese market and consumer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese is preferred.
