Job Title: AD/Director, Market Planning
Location: California
Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic partner when driving clarity across the entire team.
- Design market research cases to inform the commercial strategy as well as manage consulting teams through assessments.
- Track KPI's and partner with Marketing along with other cross-functional teams to measure effectiveness.
- Partner with both US and Global teams to identify innovation to meet and exceed customer needs in the Ophthalmology space.
Requirements:
- Minimum 9+ years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech space - ideally working in business development and analytical work.
- 5 years minimum being directly within the pharma/biotech industries from a commercial function.
- Product launch experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred in a related life sciences field.
