Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Area Sales Manager with a hunter mindset to join our team in South Germany. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, extensive knowledge of the chemicals and coatings market, and fluency in both German and English. This role involves travel within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the chemicals and coatings market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
