- Collaborate with medical writers, creative directors, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication that adheres to regulatory guidelines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior artists and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Review and approve all visual materials before final production, ensuring they meet the company's standards, client expectations, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Art Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the pharma and healthcare industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and visual styles, particularly in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout design, with a focus on healthcare communication.
