I am partnered with a rapidly growing specialty pharmaceutical company who is looking for a hands-on strategic analyst to drive salesforce-effectiveness, streamline reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance market understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and track KPI's for sales-force effectiveness
- Implement segmentation and targeting alignment across brands
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses using internal and external data sources to identify challenges for the brand and business development opportunities
- Leverage advanced analytic techniques to distill and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with key stakeholder to develop opportunity focused forecasts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, Advanced Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience within the Pharma/Biotech/healthcare industries
- Revenue forecasting experience
- Proficient in MS Office, SQL, & PowerBI
