Associate Director, Clinical Trial Management
Location: USA (remote)
We're working with a fast-growing CRO who work in all therapeutic areas in phases I-IV.
Position Overview:
This company is looking for an Associate Director of Clinical Trial Management who will play a pivotal role in driving and managing their ongoing clinical trials and ensuring the success of them. They have an unmatched management team and foster a collaborative work environment
We've worked with their team for 5+ years and the management team values EPM's candidate submissions as we've placed multiple people with them in other verticals previously.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the clinical operations team to oversee clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas globally
- Manage international clinical trials within budgets and timelines, hitting deadlines regularly
- Provide leadership across studies in different therapeutic areas
- Manage vendors and communicate with sponsor effectively and often
- Develop SOP's, INDs, and NDA's when needed
Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years of CRO Clinical Trial Management experience from the CRO side (not sponsor)
- Longevity in positions (3-5 years per company)
- BS/BA in relevant Scientific discipline
