Job Title: Associate Director, Real-World Evidence and Epidemiology
Location: Hybrid; Boston, MA (relocation assistance provided)
The Associate Director will join the multidisciplinary, industry-leading evidence and outcomes division with a world-class pharmaceutical organization, supporting a strong pipeline of novel oncology treatments from nascent stages through post-launch commercialization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and analyze epidemiological and outcomes research RWE studies, and support the development of predictive models
- Develop and select clinical outcomes assessment endpoints, statistical analysis plans, study protocols, and other COA strategy deliverables
- Support internal and external stakeholders' evidentiary needs, and communicate scientific findings
- Develop RFPs and protocol designs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MBBS, MS, MPH, or equivalent) required; Ph.D. in Epidemiology or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or industry consulting
- Experience in COAs and observational research studies
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%)
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary of $175,000-$195,000
- Annual bonus of 20-22% base salary
