Brand Manager
San Francisco, CA (Hybrid; must be on-site 3x a week)
I am partnered with a mid-sized biotech company dedicated to providing patients who suffer from chronic pain with non-opioid treatment option. This role will be responsible for developing and driving the execution of brand strategy ensuring alignment with organizational goals. They are looking for a creative marketer to collaborate with the sales and medical affairs to refine brand strategy and develop customer engagement and long-term positioning tactics
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on developing and executing brand strategy, including long-term positioning, customer engagement, and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate integrated marketing strategies for seamless collaboration across functions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze key metrics to refine strategies, monitor performance, and adapt tactics for improved results.
- Assist in creating impactful marketing materials, such as sales tools and promotional content, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent brand at industry events and help cultivate KOL advocacy.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years of marketing or brand management experience
- Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Healthcare experience highly preferred
