As a Business Development Manager for London & Southeast, you'll play a crucial role in promoting and increasing sales of a medical device, designed for patients at risk of sudden cardiac death (SCD). Your efforts will focus on expanding our customer base, increasing prescriptions, and boosting revenue in the fields of Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Heart Failure, and Electrophysiology.
What You'll Do:
- Raise Awareness: Visit hospitals and engage with physicians to promote the device.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Product Training: Conduct training sessions for physicians and hospital staff.
- Patient Support: Provide fittings and technical support to patients.
- Networking: Participate in international cardiology conferences to build connections.
- Collaboration: Work with Market Access and Clinical Operations on key programs.
- Health Education: Develop patient health education initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in the medical device or pharmaceutical field, with 3+ years in marketing or field sales.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Initiative: Independent thinker with high initiative and the ability to interact well with physicians and customers.
- Team Player: Motivated, proactive, respectful, and team-oriented.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven with a hands-on mentality.
- Language: Fluency in English.
