Role Overview
As the Product & Training/Clinical Education Manager, you will play a critical role in driving product excellence and empowering clinical teams across Taiwan. You will be responsible for developing and executing training programs, ensuring effective product usage and patient outcomes, and supporting the sales team in educating key stakeholders on the company's innovative dental aligner solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management:
- Serve as the key product expert for the dental aligner portfolio in Taiwan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, R&D) to tailor product messaging and ensure successful product launches.
- Support local regulatory requirements and work with product development teams to meet market needs.
- Clinical Training & Education:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for dental professionals (dentists, orthodontists, clinical staff) on product features, usage, and best practices.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring high levels of engagement and knowledge retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for clinical support, answering technical queries and providing hands-on guidance.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, adapting training materials accordingly.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to support business growth and achieve sales targets through training and clinical education initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and industry professionals to promote product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product management and/or clinical education/training, preferably within the medical device or dental sector.
- Experience in dental aligners or orthodontics is a strong advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of dental products, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements in Taiwan.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education:
- Degree in life sciences, dentistry, or a related field is preferred.
- Language:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
