- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics across the German market.
- Proactively identify potential clients and generate new sales leads, while analysing your territory to refine and optimise your strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, offering strategic insights to inform product development and sales initiatives.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals, key performance indicators and management by objectives
Key skills required include:
- Sales or business development experience in the life science market
- Achieved a degree in microbiology, molecular biology or science related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Result driven, motivated, and entrepreneurial
- Be based in Germany, willing to travel.
