An award-winning global Clinical Research Organisation with international reputation in providing Phase 1 to Phase IV clinical development services is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate to be based in Korea and manage the APAC region.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site monitoring, site initiation, site selection and feasibility visits
- Develop and maintain monitoring tools and project documents
- Effective coordination with key external and internal stakeholders
- Maintain good relationships with the sites
- Assess patient recruitment and retention effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare
- At least 5 years of CRA experience
- Experience in on-site monitoring
- Good communication skills
