Field Application IVD Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support and training to clients on diagnostic products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support or field application role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within Austria and occasionally internationally.
- Fluent In English as well as French and/or German. Italian is a bonus
- Valid drivers Licence
