Our client is a leader in the Ophthalmology space and is currently looking for a Head of department to lead the R&D team.
Main Responsibilities of a Head of Product Development and Innovation:
- Development and implementation of a product and innovation strategy.
- Application for and acquisition of funding for research and development.
- New development of products and technologies up to series production.
Qualifications necessary for a Head of Product Development and Innovation:
- 7 years plus experience working in a managerial position.
- Degree in the natural sciences.
- Proficient German and English (speaking and writing).
