- Management and further development of all areas of quality management with a total of 8 employees
- Further development of the existing quality, safety and environmental management systems in collaboration with management
- Support of internal areas such as operations, research & development and sales throughout the entire product life cycle
- Support of international locations in quality assurance, quality management and EHS topics
- Ensuring compliance with all QEHS relevant agreements, standards and laws
- Preparation of the annual management review and the monthly meaningful Q reports
- Developing and implementing Q agreements with customers and suppliers
- Execution and support of internal and external audits
- Representation in public OE & QEHS committees
We make these requirements
- Higher technical training (FH/university level) as well as appropriate further training in the direction of quality, occupational safety and environmental management
- Proven leadership experience in an industrial and international working environment
- Experience with optical and/or medical technology products is an advantage
- Experience with quality management standards ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
- Knowledge of the application of Q software such as CAQ
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Very good communication skills and high assertiveness
- Sound methodological skills as well as analytical thinking skills and organizational talent
