Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in promoting and selling molecular diagnostic products to healthcare providers, hospitals, and laboratories.
- Reach out to potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of the products and solutions.
- Support the sales team with product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to raise brand visibility and connect with key stakeholders.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g, Microbiology, molecular biology).
- A strong interest in molecular diagnostics and the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Previous sales experience or internships in medical or scientific fields are a plus but not required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in German and English.
