Market Access Manager needed in Norway, Oslo for Pharmaceutical Sector!

Our client is seeking a candidate with exceptional qualifications, skills and experience to join their team as they continue making strides within the sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy plans that will ensure efficient market access of products.
- Engage stakeholders on Health Technology Assessment (HTA) process
- Ensure timely dossier submission while maintaining quality standards
- Work closely with Biotech teams across all stages of product development
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Market Access Director Experience - Demonstrated ability at least five years' experience working as a MAM or equivalent role; Strong knowledge around current developments concerning reimbursement policies relating to Pharmaceuticals
Exceptional Project Management - Ability plan projects from start-to-finish including budgeting timelines etc.; Proven track record managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
Expertise in HTA Reviews- Adept research capabilities when it comes down identifying relevant information sources related health technology assessment reviews ; Comprehensive understanding guidelines governing this field
Outstanding Communication/Interpersonal abilities - The successful applicant must be able articulate ideas clearly both orally /in written form using persuasive language where necessary/. They should also possess strong negotiation skills which enable them build solid relationships between internal departments , external clients/stakeholders/partners involved
EPM Knowledge - Solid familiarity regarding Electronic Product Management systems implemented throughout different organisations
