Medical Director
Company Summary: A global, full service Med Comms agency is looking for a Medical Director to join their stable, well-established agency. While offering fully remote flexibility, this agency harvests an extremely collaborative environment, amazing employee tenure, and great client relationships.
The Medical Director will be responsible for:
- Working across and leading multiple accounts.
- Development of various medical affairs & promo med ed deliverables including but not limited to MSL slide decks, scientific platforms, disease state decks, congress materials, advisory boards, symposia, round tables, etc.
- Communicating with clients directly, leading status calls, and ensuring their objectives are met
- Oversight of junior team members and Medical Writers.
The Medical Director should have the following qualifications:
- Must hold a PhD, PharmD, or MD
- Experience working with various medical communications deliverables (medical affairs and commercial focused)
- Experience with business pitches and maintaining successful client relationships
- 4+ years of relevant agency experience (currently at the Associate Medical/Scientific Director level or Medical/Scientific Director level)
