We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Services Coordinator. This role is crucial for managing the day-to-day operations of the patient services hub, ensuring seamless communication between various stakeholders, and providing exceptional support to our field teams and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Hub Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the patient services hub.
- Maintain regular communication with the hub and third-party pharmacies.
- Manage ordering, logistics, and processes for all product orders.
- Ensure benefit investigations (BI) and prior authorizations (PA) are completed and communicated to field associates and the Market Access team.
Field Team Liaison:
- Act as a point of contact for the field team, providing necessary information related to inquiries and accounts.
- Support Regional Business Managers (RBMs) and Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) with relevant information.
Account Setup with Specialty Pharmacy:
- Collaborate with the Sales Director (SD) to set up customer accounts.
- Maintain and update account statuses for internal and field associates.
- Provide shipping information to distributors when available.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
