Main Responsibilities/Main Tasks
Product Management
-Customer oriented management of Lifecycle of the specific product portfolio (therapeutics accessories and capital equipment's) with product introductions, growth activities and timely phase out addressing upselling opportunities and campaigns
-Promote and create culture on disposable business and set up new requirements and procedures accordingly to the requirements of the segments
-Market knowledge and assessments based on clinical and economical needs and trends. Gain insight into customer use of current products, unmet opportunities and clinical needs and trends
-Lead the launch of new products and involve several different departments in such launches accordingly to the launch plan. Develop product messaging that differentiates new products from others in the market - determine product price and positioning and work with operations on inventory levels of new products to ensure product availability
-Communicate the value of products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
-Represents EMEA in providing input for the development of new products and lease with GPM and engineering departments
-Monitor and understand competitors product marketing strategy and products line up and provide USP against it
Clinical Product Marketing
-Work with the local organisation during the product evaluation and the initial clinical experiences to make the product ready for market
-Develop & Support network of KOLs, Experts and Advocates; coordinate scientific activities to increase & support scientific evidence for the therapeutic products increasing scientific exposure.
-Coordinate the presence at congresses and Live events of the therapeutic line up
-Assume active role/position in sales support by frequent interaction with customers in the market (segments)
-Assume active role/position in clinical application on the spot
-Ensure knowledge transfer in the EMEA organisation and guarantee flow of information. Speak, advocate and present about products to both external and internal audiences
-Establish educational program both for customer team related to therapeutics
-Develop customer program to bring in the market innovation in the field of therapeutics
Qualifications
-Education: Business University degree/ Master on Business Administration/ Marketing Degree
-Skills and Expertise Country Product Manager, ME Product Manager
-At least 3 years of professional experience as a strategist, project manager, product manager, marketing manager or consultant in the medical device, healthcare, or related industries
-Hands-on experience defining, planning and designing project plans and conceptual designs with internal and external stakeholders
