We are partnered with a leading global analytical instrumentation company for a Product Specialist of Microbial Solutions to clinical markets. This newly created role will focus on Infection Control & Hospital Hygiene services and solutions for early adopters of this technology, bringing fast microbial testing solutions accessible when time matters.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing KOLs, value proposition, and product strategy for early adopters of the organization typing and screening solutions for controlled environment clients (Hospitals and Microbiology labs)
- Oversee microbial and infection control solutions for use in clinical and hospital hygiene markets
- Collaborate with commercial cross-functional groups to collect and monitor customer experiences and needs with associated instrument solutions
- Develop working relationships with Sales, Service and regional business units to promote and grow the product portfolio
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in a scientific area ideally Microbiology, Biology, or Chemistry (MBA preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 50% to client sites and internationally
- 5+ years experience in product management (Sales/Business Development understanding preferred)
- Experience with life science tools and technical background
