Quality Control Supervisor

As QC Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations within the Quality Control department
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives related to quality control procedures
- Managing and developing members of the QC team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.).
3+ years of experience in a QC or analytical laboratory environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of GMP, GLP, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
