EPM Scientific are working with a global organisation, who is seeking to strengthen their sales organisation and are looking for a Sales Manager to join. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing local business strategies that align with regional and international objectives. This role involves the tactical execution of sales, marketing, and operational plans, as well as developing tools and processes to drive sales and income growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage the commercialisation strategy in alignment with European and Benelux objectives.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop an annual business plan aimed at meeting or exceeding regional targets, focusing on predefined growth drivers and opportunities.
- Ensure the successful implementation of the local annual business plan.
- Driving the local team to deliver results and improve skills for commercial excellence.
- Leading ongoing change management.
- Recruiting, retaining, and developing talented individuals.
You will possess:
- Significant experience within the medical device industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market, including legal and regulatory aspects.
- Established track record of leading sales organisations and driving commercial excellence.
- Proficient in spoken and written Dutch, French and English.
