Sales Manager - Netherlands

About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to support our growing presence in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with healthcare professionals in cardiology, cardiopulmonary, and organ transplantation, particularly within liver and ELVAR-related fields. You don't need prior experience in organ transplantation, but a solid foundation in cardiopulmonary or perfusion technologies is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cardiologists, perfusionists, and transplant specialists.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Netherlands.
Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Attend industry events and conferences to promote our solutions.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the medical device or healthcare sector.
Background in cardiopulmonary, perfusion, or related medical fields is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
Ability to travel within the Netherlands as required.
Fluency in Dutch and English
