Our client, a global life sciences firm with a strong portfolio of bioanalytical instruments, is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join their team in Korea. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for territory/channel management of their key accounts in Korea, and also promoting sales of their key products across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets according to regional/project requirements
- Prepare and share to sales manager by weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and forecast to make sure the sales performance is on the track
- Actively develop instrument sales opportunities and complete corresponding sales targets
- Excellent understanding of commercial initiatives and strategies, and maintain close collaboration with channel partners to fulfill the sales targets
- Actively manage channel partners under the company's overall planning principle and maintain accurate customer database utilizing CRM
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years working sales experience for life science industry, or relevant industry working experience with outstanding performance
- Understanding of the sales process and channel partner management
- Bachelor's degree or above in Molecular biology or related subject / Master's degree Preferred
- Preferred knowledge background related microplate reader or HCS(Imaging system)
- Can communicate in English
- Has foreign company working experience will be preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer skills, can work with Word and Excel, has Salesforce.com Experience will be preferred
