We are currently partnered with a growing life science software organization challenging the LIMS environment with a flexible solutions that supports complex workflows. This Senior Account Executive will be responsible for expanding the customer base across genomic, biotech, biopharma and clinical diagnostic labs. The ideal candidate is located in the Boston area.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for LIMS sales in the respected area into Research/Biotech Labs, Independent labs, and genomic labs
- Own the full complex sales cycle from prospecting new business to close, while managing existing key client accounts
- Ability to cater solutions according to laboratory needs
- Grow the overall presence of this company which will lead to successful partnership as they grow
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience of enterprise sales, SaaS sales within life sciences (LIMS, ELN Preferred)
- Ability to remotely work and travel to conferences and territory clients
- Proven trackrecord of surpassing sales quota, and retaining business
- Ability to adapt in a start-up environment and utilize previous experience selling to biotech and biopharma organizations
