Senior Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d)
About the Role: This position involves managing a team responsible for customer service in a company that specializes in high-quality radiotherapy products. The core business includes the manufacture and distribution of products for cancer treatment using brachytherapy. The company serves customers from over 80 countries and regions.
Your Tasks:
- Management responsibility for the Customer Service team
- Representation of the CS department in cross-functional teams
- Continuous process improvement
- Quotation, acceptance, processing, monitoring, delivery, and invoicing of orders
- Creating associated documents for order processing, shipping, invoicing, and credit notes in the ERP and database system
- Coordination in the team to obtain export licenses for special countries, e.g., Ukraine, Iran, etc.
- Customer support in close cooperation with the sales force and dealers
- Regular communication with internal departments, e.g., purchasing, production, service, shipping, and finance
Your Profile:
- Professional experience in customer service and comprehensive knowledge of the applicable legal bases
- Experience in managing employees
- Knowledge of project management and experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in commercial and international trading activities
- Good PC skills, especially MS EXCEL and commercial software
- Customer-oriented appearance, strong communication skills, and team spirit
- Confident command of German, French, and English at least C1 level
