In your role as Senior Director:

- Define Excellence: Establish new paradigms for how MedTech companies operate digitally ensuring superior service delivery.
Skills we're looking for include:
- Strategic Insight: Apply deep commercial strategy knowledge from our fast-paced industry or similar fields.
- 4+ years in a management consulting role leading projects and overseeing governance and stakeholder management
- Experience consulting on or working with: Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Consumer or MedTech products
- Experience driving digital transformation within large organizations
This role is 3 days a week onsite in Fort Worth. Ideally a candidate will be based locally, however there is opportunity for self sponsored hybrid commuting.
