*Pharmaceutical client experience is required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral analysis focused, qualitative and quantitative research to understand the industry and targeted audiences
- Consult clients based on research, advise on appropriate language use and communications strategy depending on the audience and topic
- Foster existing and new client relationships by working with agency leadership to manage client engagements
- Take part in the proposal process from strategy through presentation
- Direct cross-functional teams, manage budgets of projects with clients ranging from small to fortune 500
- Work closely with agency leadership to manage projects through proposal, market research, message development, and advisory strategy; identify industries that deserve agency investment and brainstorm business development strategies
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience working as a strategist, consultant, or researcher
- Experience within the Life Sciences industry, must have knowledge of regulatory guidelines
- Strong background and passion for writing and linguistics
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Client facing experience, offering consulting and guidance based on data
