Responsibilities:
- Develop global market access strategies, including reimbursement, HTA, and value-based pricing, aligned with access goals for priority products.
- Conduct market research and engage with external experts to identify access requirements for pipeline products, guiding HEOR, Clinical, and Medical strategies.
- Perform evidence gap analysis and devise action plans for key products and markets.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Regional Market Access, Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, Brand Marketing, HEOR, and Government Affairs.
- Create and deliver compelling global value propositions and value stories, highlighting the product's importance to communities, and develop tools for regional and local teams to communicate its impact effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant market access experience within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics, or point-of-care diagnostics industries, with a strong understanding of healthcare.
- Knowledge of market access stakeholders, including payors, policymakers, and the ability to analyze market trends and competitors.
- Strong organizational, project management, and cross-cultural experience, with a deep understanding of clinical impacts on product value.
- In-depth understanding of clinical aspects and how clinical results influence product value, as well as the competitive landscape.
