Our client is a global biotech and analytical instruments company seeking to hire an experienced and dedicated Service Sales Manager in Japan. The ideal candidate will have service team management experience and good sales acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve AOP for service contract business.
- Build and execute contract service business strategy
- Build overall service business growth strategy
- Manage and develop service sales and inside service sales team
- Manage overall service business forecasting
- Lead building strong relationship with VIP customer with commercial team
- Lead building relationship with local dealer to sell service contract
- Evaluate and implement new strategies for to drive Service business growth
- Staff hiring, training and development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration etc.
- Knowledge of LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, HRMS, SFC & Informatics
- Minimum of 5 years prior management experience
- Fluent in Japanese, with strong English language skills (spoken and written)
