Sr Product Manager/Associate Director, HCP Marketing
Greater Philadelphia or Boston (hybrid on-site 3x a week)
A rapidly growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a talented marketer with non-personal media experience to be a crucial addition to their US Marketing team. This individual will develop & execute all HCP marketing efforts in support of a recent launch and continue growth success.
Responsibilities:
- Support promo tactics for multi-channel branded campaign towards HCPs
- Lead all media and non-personal promo for products branded and unbranded efforts - strategy, planning, material development, execution, KPIs, and drive innovation (digital media channels)
- Support other marketing/business tactics and execution
- Develop, execute, and measure HCP marketing strategies aligned to brand
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Own agency partnerships
- Manage budget
- Support commercial field / sales teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required (MBA or Masters is a +)
- 5+ years Pharma Commercial experience (sales and/or marketing) required
- 3+ years HCP Marketing experience required
- 2+ years Non-Personal Promo & Media experience required
- Specialty launch experience
- Robust Pharma Commercial background with wide range of experience is a +
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Motivated self-starter with a commercial business mindset
- Agile - ability to work in a fast-paced environment
