Sr. Director, Customer Insights & Analytics
Boston, MA (Hybrid) - 3 day a week onsite requirement
I am partnered with a large biotech company focused on expanding its neurology and rare disease pipelines. The commercial leadership team is seeking an analytical problem-solver to lead a high-performing team and support the company's Alzheimer's franchise by providing data-driven insights to guide brand strategy. You will partner with the North American Leadership team to evaluate brand performance and answer complex business questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver cross-functional projects across analytical functions such as primary market research, secondary data analytics, forecasting, and competitive intelligence
- Manage allocated budget and work with key stakeholders to optimize resources and project efficiency
- Source, manipulate, and visualize various data sets to produce insights and triangulate business issues
- Present actionable insights and provide data-driven strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Work cross functionally with the marketing, sales, and market access teams to guide brand strategy
- Manage the relationship with external partners to develop forecasts and ensure brand excellence
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry
- Pharmaceutical consulting experience
- Cross-functional leadership experience
- Experience analyzing and manipulating commercial industry-standard datasets (ex. IQVIA, Symphony, Specialty Pharmacy, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA or Advanced Scientific Degree Preferred)
