Responsibilities
- Help create growth plan in the chemicals market segment based on strong market knowledge and research
- Take part in customer-facing interactions to understand how to work with stakeholders to position portfolio
- Collaborate cross functionally with multiple business units (R&D, sales, business development, etc)
- Identify potential commercial relationships and business development opportunities to support revenue growth strategy
Qualifications
- BS in Technology or Business field. MBA, or advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering / Materials Science
- 5+ years of successful experience in a Chemicals environment
- Strategy development experience in Adv. Materials & Chemicals industry or related fields
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to grow projects from start to finish
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Effective interpersonal, collaboration & networking skills
