- Lead the development of strategic brand plans to transform client's visions into actionable strategies.
- Spearhead innovative market research to uncover insights that drive client success.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Expand the organisation's footprint through targeted business development efforts.
- Collaborate closely with scientific, project, and account management teams to ensure smooth execution and results.
- Demonstrate strong leadership by guiding teams toward excellence across all areas.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in medical communications, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities to support client's goals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpretation skills.
- Experience in financial management.
- Proven success in account management and business development.
