Vice President Medical Affairs - Precision Medicine Oncology Biotech Leader
Are you ready to spearhead the medical affairs of a trailblazing precision medicine oncology biotech company? EPM is currently recruiting for a Vice President of Medical Affairs who will play a pivotal role in shaping novel therapeutic interventions. This permanent position is based in South San Francisco, California - 3 days per week onsite.

- Innovation Advocacy: Be at the forefront advocating for cutting-edge therapeutics within oncology.
- Collaborative Excellence: Work closely with cross-functional teams driving forward scientific integrity and excellence.
You should bring to this role:
Skills & Expertise:
- Terminal degree in health sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD), medical degree with oncology training preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of Oncology experience working in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs.
- Track record of strong relationship building with KOLs, medical societies, and patient advocacy groups
- Strong understanding of oncology landscape, including clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics
