EPM Scientific are currently collaborating with a Global Pharmaceutical client and they are seeking a Freelance Brand Manager for their Oncology division.
This project will focus on executing a comprehensive marketing plan for the Oncology team. It involves leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across various departments, while aligning brand manager's efforts to strengthen marketing and brand management initiatives.
The goal is to unify stakeholders, foster innovative ideas, and provide strategic leadership, all in line with the company's core values and code of conduct.
Key responsibilities:
- Creation of innovative local communication strategies and marketing plans for specific indication areas/brands, including multi-channel campaigns and content.Understanding customer needs in a changing market environment and developing integrated customer plans.
- Managing brands for late-stage oncology assets, providing consulting for cross-functional teams, and preparing for commercial launches.
- Creating global marketing plans, 2 and 5-year forecasts, and reviewing budgets to ensure activities stay within the framework.
- Coaching cross-functional product teams and tracking the achievement of operational goals, particularly regarding launch readiness and project plans.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in Marketing, Sales and/or business analysis.
- Ideally completed university degree in economics, natural sciences or psychology.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the Oncology space.
