Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives in Korea.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and ensure targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals and distributors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical devices or dental industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in Korean and English is essential.
