Are you an experienced leader with a background in GxP regulated environments and quality assurance? Our client, a pharmaceutical company located in beautiful Schleswig-Holstein is looking for someone to join their team as the Quality Assurance Lead.
As the QA lead, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of QMS with strategic and business-oriented thinking while ensuring full compliance across all categories including OTC. You'll also manage supplier qualification processes along with managing SOPs revisions & updates plus maintenance records training employees affected by changes.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the QA Team
* Ensure legal/regulatory requirements are met
* Secure continuous improvement & inspection readiness
* Create relevant policies based on overall mission statement of organization
* Manage product/supplier qualifications process
* Evaluate new regulatory requirement impacts
Skills/Qualifications Required:
* Ability to adapt within diverse cultures/environments
* Excellent communication skills that align tasks/processes internationally
* Pharmacy or related life science degree from university level education required
* At least ten years experience working within GxP regulated environment,
* Extensive knowledge about framework products category distribution
* Good project management skills; fluent English language skillset essential additional languages favorable
