Our client is an international life science consultancy firm that is growing rapidly in the region. They are looking for a Research Manager to Associate Director, dependent on experience to join them as they look to grow out their presence in Korea.
Responsibilities
- Lead market research initiatives that drive innovative solutions.
- Work independently, take full ownership of projects, and ensure successful delivery to meet or exceed client goals.
- Lead project design, analysis, and recommendations, effectively manage your team, and consult with experts to create impactful solutions.
- Develop strong, consultative relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
- Identify new business opportunities, contribute to innovative proposals, and work with senior leaders to create thought leadership assets and support firm growth through process improvements and AI/ML adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least 6 years of experience in consulting, preferably in HEOR, Market Access, HTA, Real World Evidence
- Proven experience in working on multiple projects efficiently
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bilingual
