Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Part Leader to spearhead our client's sales operations in Japan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical device industry, particularly in digital dental technologies, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, including dental clinics, hospitals, and dental laboratories.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our digital dental products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies and materials.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device or dental industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital dental technologies and applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
