Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the biotechnology or analytical instruments industry.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese market and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
