Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics
Greater Philadelphia (on-site 3 days a week)
A rapidly growing, Biopharmaceutical company with a first-in-class approved product is seeking a talented Commercial Insights individual as a pivotal addition to their Market Insight's team. This individual will help build and shape their patient services, and payer analytics across the business.
Responsibilities
- Support advanced analytics projects, such as predictive modeling, segmentation, working with senior members
- Analyze areas for improvement across patient services, marketing channel, and payer functions
- Utilize market research tools and databases to gather relevant data
- Maintain and develop dashboards and reports that track KPIs
- Conduct ad-hoc deep dives into commercial date to ensure business questions are addressed and delivered on
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all analytics platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years Analytics experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong skills in data analysis, with experience handling large datasets
