Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics
Greater Philadelphia Area - 3 days onsite required.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary analytics expert for the marketing team, managing dashboards and campaign-related insights.
- Develop and guide metrics for non-personal HCP promotions and direct-to-consumer marketing efforts.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to uncover market trends, competitive shifts, and HCP/patient behaviors.
- Lead projects on campaign measurement, such as marketing mix and tactic optimization, to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate data reporting and support the development of advanced analytics capabilities.
Requirements/Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, specializing in HCP and direct-to-consumer strategies within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skilled in analyzing marketing data, optimizing tactics, and leveraging large datasets, statistical methods, and visualization tools to generate actionable insights.
- Experienced in collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, managing campaign performance tracking, and presenting complex data to non-technical audiences and leadership.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating dashboards and reports.
- Experienced with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer data platforms for campaign analysis.
- Skilled in media mix modeling, multichannel attribution, A/B testing, and developing orchestration capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
